The Council of Gloucestershire Churches Together seeks to foster co-operation between the Churches in its area and works to

• Support and develop local ecumenical activity of all kinds
• Oversee the Local Ecumenical Partnerships, acting as Sponsoring Body
• Promote the Christian faith in all its aspects
• Facilitate joint action on matters of common concern
• Maintain communication with national and international ecumenical bodies
